Drink of the night: Summer Solstice Pudding
Dunedin Craft Distillers have designed a special festive cocktail/mocktail named Summer Solstice Pudding using summer berries and gin. Summer Solstice Pudding is inspired by the artwork (of the same name) from Marilynn’s Taste Before Eating (1982) series of prints paired with cleverly comedic recipes layered with environmental concerns.
